Full-Time SVP of Accounting and Global Controller

The SVP of Accounting and Global Controller is a key member of the CFO’s leadership team, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable support for the company’s growth. This role oversees the execution and continuous improvement of core financial processes.

The ideal candidate will drive modernization across accounting operations, elevate internal controls, and advance systems and reporting capabilities that enable timely, data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Define and enhance accounting processes and capabilities.
• Establish and improve financial control procedures.
• Manage external financial service providers.
• Oversee external accounting, tax, and related services.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar senior finance role within a multi-national environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, improve, and oversee financial processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and financial reporting best practices.
• Solid background in process improvement and automation.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
