Talent Acquisition Advisor
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will play a pivotal role in driving Accor’s recruitment strategy across the Accor Apartments & Realty portfolio.
Focus on employer branding, social media, and internal mobility, ensuring Accor attracts and retains top talent.
Enhance visibility of career opportunities, fostering growth and supporting Accor’s values and culture.
Reporting Structure & Location
Reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition for MEA APAC, with a dotted line to the Executive Director of Talent and Culture, Accor Apartments & Realty.
Open to candidates located anywhere in Australia with a flexible working arrangement including working from the office or hotel locations, with occasional work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and nurture current relationships with external employment and school partners to support recruitment efforts.
- Work with Regional Managers to develop bespoke and engaging job advertisements.
- Assist in managing Accor Pacific's LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts by sourcing, creating, and sharing compelling employer branding content.
- Develop and manage tailored recruitment campaigns for specific regions, promoting career growth opportunities and encouraging internal mobility.
- Source and coordinate Accor representatives to attend career events across Australia and New Zealand.
- Share candidates directly from key partners with Regional Talent & Culture and Recruiting Managers, providing informed recommendations.
- Promote job opportunities widely to increase the volume and quality of applications.
- Ensure all external communications align with Accor’s Global Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Assist with the management of the Seek budget.
- Be the expert on the Dayforce Recruiting Platform, managing its use, training teams, and streamlining recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and effective talent attraction strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience with ATS (especially Dayforce) and administration.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
