Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Operations: Lead a team managing end-to-end recruitment, high-volume hiring, and daily operations.
- Secondary Point of Contact: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager by addressing recruitment concerns.
- Talent Sourcing & Strategy: Develop innovative recruitment strategies and coach the team in collaborating with stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities, developing recruiting metrics and analytics to measure team performance.
- Role Specification Expertise: Understand job requirements (experience, skills, competencies).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and Tech teams.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify recruitment challenges and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Confidential Interviews: Conduct critical and confidential interviews.
