Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities to service a particular client program or teams.
Work Location: Gurugram, India
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Completes and reviews screening assessment and document candidate responses, screening in or out candidates based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems, etc.)
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
- Schedule non-complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
- Ensure recruitment team is updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstacles
- Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years Experience in a business or office environment
- Preferred: Customer service or administration experience
- Exposure: Fluent in English
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook), ability to prioritize and organize work, desire to provide high level of customer service to colleagues and clients, keen interest in recruitment
