Talent Administrator & Coordinator

The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Complete and review screening assessments and documents for candidate responses, screening effectively.
  • Develop interview schedules for qualified candidates.
  • Update candidate statuses in relevant systems (ATS, proprietary systems).
  • Review applicants timely via ATS.
  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Ensure recruitment team updates on progress, escalating concerns.
  • Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a business or office environment
  • Customer service or administration preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (including Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work
  • High level of customer service to colleagues and clients
  • Interest in recruitment
  • Confidentiality according to EEO guidelines
