Talent Administrator & Coordinator
The Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete and review screening assessments and documents for candidate responses, screening effectively.
- Develop interview schedules for qualified candidates.
- Update candidate statuses in relevant systems (ATS, proprietary systems).
- Review applicants timely via ATS.
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews.
- Ensure recruitment team updates on progress, escalating concerns.
- Provide other administrative support to recruitment team as needed.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a business or office environment
- Customer service or administration preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (including Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work
- High level of customer service to colleagues and clients
- Interest in recruitment
- Confidentiality according to EEO guidelines
