The Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: Budapest
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
Work Schedule: Standard
Specific Requirements:
- Fluent English required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete and review screening assessments and document candidate responses, effectively screening candidates in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems, etc.)
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the ATS
- Schedule non-complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
- Ensure recruitment team is appropriately updated on progress, escalate concerns or obstacles
- Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Experience in a business or office environment. Customer service or administration experience preferred
- Exposure: Fluent in English
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook), ability to prioritize and organize work, desire to provide high-level customer service to colleagues and clients, keen interest in recruitment
