Talent Administrator & Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or team.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Completes and reviews screening assessments and document candidate responses, screening in or out candidates based on position requirements
- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System (ATS), proprietary systems)
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via ATS
- Schedule non-complex phone, video, and in-person interviews with Recruiters or Hiring Managers
- Ensure recruitment team is appropriately updated on progress, escalating concerns or obstacles
- Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Position Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Business or office environment experience, customer service or administration experience preferred
- Exposure: Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook), ability to prioritize and organize work, high level of customer service to colleagues and clients, keen interest in recruitment
