Talent Administrator & Coordinator
Provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process, facilitating logistical and recruitment activities for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: APAC 3rd Shift
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete and review screening assessments, effectively screening candidates
- Develop interview schedules
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems)
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Keep recruitment team informed, escalating concerns or obstacles
- Provide other administrative support as needed
Experience:
- Business or office environment experience preferred
- Customer service or administration experience preferred
Exposure:
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- High level of customer service
- Interest in recruitment
