We’re looking for a Team Administrator to join our cutting edge and dynamic team.
You will assist our General Manager and Commercial Director supporting the overall efficiency, organization, and operational needs of the business. We are looking for someone flexible who is adept at operating both virtually and within the physical office environment.
As part of the MEA team, reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for a customer-focused Team Administrator who can easily integrate themselves to the business and team interactions.
As a Team Administrator, you will:
- Assist with travel, accommodation bookings, queries and other general administrative activities as directed
- Provide administrative support to regional GM, Commercial & BD Director
- Complete expense returns on behalf of regional GM and Directors
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Liaising with our courier DHL to book and check status of deliveries
- Dealing with customer queries and enquiries
- Work with the Commercial Director to manage the marketing calendar with Group marketing and agency in region
- Implementing Salesforce attributes into Marketing campaigns
- Supporting the execution of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and team-building events
- Liaise with Marketing, BD Team and new Prospective customers to coordinate meetings and facilitating next steps actions where required
- Documenting and tracking actionable items across the various engagements, across all verticals and engagements including internal and external engagements
- Collaborating on charitable, volunteering, and team events
- Monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) related to team administration, Salesforce usage, and marketing effectiveness, reporting findings to management
- Assist in driving on time feedback and escalations with regards to all legal engagement between customers and the company

As a Team Administrator you will have the following:
- Experience
- Basic legal acumen
- Demonstrable experience of both virtual and physical office environments
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Preferred experience within a Technology company
- Proficiency with virtual office tools such as, MS office, teams, slack, Trello, etc
- Experience of supporting teams
- Knowledge
- Global travel management and physical office management
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics
- Showing proficiency with basic legal engagement
- Knowledge of capturing and mapping business requirements to technical solutions
- Understanding of reporting and ability to co-ordinate team insights
