Full-Time Technical Accountant Funds

You'll join a respected team of accounting & regulatory experts, acting as trusted advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advisory: Respond to complex accounting/regulatory queries, interpret fund legal docs (LPSs), and present technical insights to clients, internal teams, and auditors.
2. Technical Review: Perform quality reviews on financial statements, waterfall/carry models, & fee calculations. Ensure accounting & investor reporting meet high standards across GAAPs (IFRS, UK, US).
3. Training & Technical Intelligence: Monitor industry/accounting/regulatory updates, create technical alerts, develop & deliver training sessions, and maintain technical resource libraries.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant with strong analytical skills
• Consultative mindset
• Interest in technical accounting, private equity, and real estate
• Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/UK GAAP)
• Ability to review complex reports/fund models
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
• Collaborative work style
• Experience with financial models & Excel
