Technical Project Manager supports the service delivery team in ensuring the effective execution of technical initiatives for clients.
Collaborates with architects and developers to develop project plans for each contract, ensuring proper cross-functional coordination and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver projects and custom applications.
- Coordinate activities within the service delivery team and the client.
- Analyze and provide regular, objective status reports reflecting progress.
- Manage resources and capacity to improve control and visibility.
- Manage escalations within the team or to sponsors/executives.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle and facilitate team transitions.
- Lead communication and information dissemination between teams.
- Develop and foster relationships with clients and external partners.
- Facilitate weekly project reviews (scheduling, presentations, notes, action items).
- Develop project closeout reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years project management experience using Agile and standard methodologies.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Ability to drive small-to-medium scale, cross-matrixed projects.
- Strong documentation skills (business analysis, requirements gathering).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI, SharePoint/Teams.
- Sense of urgency and commitment for critical deliverables.
- Effective communication across all levels.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining accurate key performance measures.
- Detailed project management knowledge (integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, stakeholder).
- Experience with governance best practices (phase gate reviews, program reviews).
- Adaptable, able to lead effectively under pressure and change.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background with the Microsoft product ecosystem.
Salary: $1500/month - $2000/month (depending on experience).
