What you will do?As a Technical Support Consultant for Unit4 ERP, you are the first point of contact for our customers on IT and Business Application related questions for our solutions. You will provide professional, efficient, and effective support service to Unit4 customers.
Resolve support cases and complete other tasks to support our customer base.
Liaise with colleagues and R&D to progress issues to conclusion.
Investigate, process, and document application defects passed to the Technical Support team.
Pro-actively highlight potential escalation risks with your Team Leader and coordinate resource requirements.
Handle customer escalations, take ownership of complicated issues, and keep customers updated on progress.
Comply with Company information and Security Requirements, and all Company Business procedures, policies, and ISO standards.
Investigate, document, and present process improvements to the Customer Support Team Leader to enhance the customer experience.
Identify service improvement opportunities and raise them via the appropriate channels.
Develop a personal development plan including product/technical and soft skill development.
Train and mentor less experienced team members on product knowledge, skills, and processes.
Work in a team environment to help and assist colleagues.
