The DC US Marketing Activation Manager develops marketing and communication plans for the US Data center market, supports the Castrol ON brand, and develops marketing activities in the US data center thermal management market.
Responsible for operational marketing excellence and developing step-out opportunities for Castrol's data centre cooling business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute thermal management marketing plans in the US market.
- Lead and prepare the annual marketing plan for the US market to generate new sales leads.
- Leverage paid/owned/earned media to drive brand equity and sales leads generation.
- Monitor key market movements and the competitive landscape.
- Identify potential areas for offer development based on market needs.
Essential Education & Experience:
- University degree with a post-graduate qualification.
- 8+ years of experience in brand, product, and big event organization within a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with solid experience in social media marketing.
- Proven experience in developing new business and growth areas.
- Strong knowledge of the data centre industry and cooling value chain is a plus.
- Track record of working collaboratively across functions.
Skills & Competencies:
- AI/datacenter/cooling solution experience is preferred.
- Social / Digital Marketing experience.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- Commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience of global project management.
Up to 25% travel should be expected with this role
