About This Role The Third Party Engagements & Operations Partner will support contract lifecycle management and materials review processes. This role is responsible for processing and tracking contracts, ensuring internal contract and vendor management systems are consistently updated, coordinating contracting and end-to-end vendor management workflows with internal and external partners, and coordinating documentation review processes for third-party consumption. The candidate will streamline workflows, monitor contracting progress, and ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Enter engagements into the ESE tool based on prioritized needs and compliance rules.
- Manage stakeholders, escalate background checks, request tiers, calculate FMV, and add supplier and contracting information.
- Ensure timely upload of executed contracts and closing documents per Compliance requirements.
- Complete contract templates and send to HCPs/HCOs and Engagement Owners for signature, escalating questions to Legal as needed.
- Manage contracts within Biogen's CLM system.
- Assist employees in vendor risk assessment submission and onboarding, ensuring compliance.
- Review and process contract, agreement, and amendment requests, routing through internal systems to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update contract tracking with current information for all stakeholders.
- Populate contract templates with scopes of work and create purchase orders.
- Input and update contract data into relevant systems for accuracy and completeness.
- Support communication between internal teams to clarify contract details and status updates, facilitating smooth contract processes.
- Assist in improving contracting workflows and tracking mechanisms for operational efficiency.
- Assist in facilitating review of key documents for business objectives fulfillment.
