The Third Party Risk Analyst will comprehensively manage third parties enterprise-wide and conduct oversight activities, including thorough risk assessments to ensure Third Parties comply with contractual requirements, Federal, state, and local laws, and Experian's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring third parties comply with Experian's Global Third Party Management Policy and Procedures.
- Partnering with the Line of Business vendor management team and relationship managers to conduct remote desktop due diligence of high-risk third parties, evaluating their Compliance Management Program (CMP).
- Conducting risk assessments to identify, assess, and document third-party compliance with Experian's Third Party Management Policy and Procedures.
- Partnering with internal parties to mitigate identified risks.
- Testing third-party business operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensuring third parties provide training on applicable regulatory requirements (including subcontractors) to employees accessing Experian data or performing duties on behalf of Experian.
- Acting as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure compliance issues are appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved, escalating as needed.

Required Experience:
- Strong academic background (university degree preferred).
- Knowledge of laws and regulations (e.g., FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP).
- Comprehensive understanding of Third Party Compliance Oversight.
- 3+ years of prior Third Party Risk or internal audit experience a plus.
- Experience defining appropriate risk controls.
