As the Total Rewards Business Operations Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of Total Rewards projects at ServiceNow.
Program Manager Role: Standardize processes and oversee initiatives like annual compensation review and open enrollment.
Execution Focus: Ensure elite-level execution within the Total Rewards team.
Project Implementation: Implement strategic projects for the Total Rewards team.
Program Management: Manage operational cadence and delivery of key programs (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, Open Enrollment).
Stakeholder Alignment: Develop project scopes & requirements, involving stakeholders for alignment.
Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams for timely and high-quality project & process delivery.
Performance Measurement: Measure project & process performance using appropriate systems.
Risk Management: Perform risk management, provide project updates to senior leaders.
Leadership Support: Support Total Rewards leaders in developing presentations.
Product Requirements: Collaborate with the Reward Me Business Product Manager and technology team for product requirements & enhancements.
Product Development: Participate in all product development activities (planning, refinement, tradeoffs, test plan, success criteria).
AI Integration: Champion product development, identify AI integration opportunities to streamline processes and elevate employee experience.
Compensation & Benefits Expertise: Proven experience in successfully rolling out compensation & benefits programs.
Operational & Strategy Background: 10+ years of experience in strategy and operations/program management role at a technology company.
Technology Industry Preference: Preferred candidates have Total Rewards experience in the technology industry, and understanding of complex tech problems.
Strategic Initiative Experience: Experience on large strategic initiatives (framing problems, building plans, driving execution).
Relationship Building: Strong relationship building, collaboration, and influencing skills, experience working with senior executives across geographies and functions.
