Why this role As part of our Total Rewards Team, the Total Rewards Sr. Analyst is responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Evolve Total Rewards programs.
What you'll do
COMPENSATION
- Respond to all compensation, equity, and recognition requests from teammates.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and hiring managers to prepare salary recommendations.
- Compiles and analyzes market-based compensation data.
- Provides analytical support to Evolvers in the delivery of programs.
- Participates in compensation surveys.
- Assists with position documentation and evaluation.
- Helps ensure consistency, equity, compliance, and competitiveness.
- Participates in the development of Compensation / Salary Administration SOPs.
- Create quarterly equity compensation grant sheets.
- Support the annual compensation structure review.
- Own the administration of the recognition platform.
BENEFITS

- Reviews and resolves data discrepancies.
- Assists with the annual benefits review and renewal process.
- Review of information for inclusion in new Evolver orientation.
- Assist with reconciliation and processing of monthly benefits invoices.
HRIS
- Maintains and updates employee data.
- Ensures information and data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Confirms accuracy and integrity of data through audits.
- Support People team and the Organization through performing as a proficient HRIS internal user.
- Develop, improve, and refine reporting, business processes.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support in developing Total Rewards related marketing materials.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree is required.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Specific experience using internet-based job evaluation and benchmarking tools.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to handle high volume compensation requests.
- Proficiency using the Google Suite.
