Full-Time Trade Marketing Manager

Own the go-to-market programs that connect JuneShine Brands, Sales, and our consumers. Reporting to VP of Marketing, you'll lead the strategy and execution of trade and field marketing across the JuneShine Brands portfolio.

• Build and activate programs that move product, build loyalty.
• Shape retail, event, and partnership activations that deliver real growth in every market.

• Experienced trade marketer within the beverage industry.
• Skilled at partnering with sales, brand and distributor teams.
• Comfortable operating at both the strategic and in-market levels.
• Able to inspire teams, manage complex budgets.

• Lead trade and field marketing strategy across the JuneShine Brands portfolio.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans by brand, channel, and region.
• Manage annual marketing calendars and campaigns.
• Build and activate partnerships with key retail and distributor partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Creative, Media, PR and Operations.
• Own divisional A&P budgets and marketing metrics.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 5 years trade marketing experience in the beverage industry.
• Must be based in Austin, Dallas or Houston TX with reliable transportation.
• Strong experience working with distributor networks and retail partners.
