We help nonprofits and schools increase revenue through corporate matching gift and employee volunteer grant programs.

About the Role:
As a growing company, we seek a seasoned UX/UI designer to lead app design projects in Figma for our core application. This role involves consistent improvements and additions to our nonprofit software.

Location: Work-from-home split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and 9pm-1am EST).
Requirements:
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability.
- Highly organized with strong time management.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication.
- Strong academic background with outstanding GPA.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong learning ability and quick thinking.
- Problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
- Proficiency in Figma for web applications. Experience with other design tools a plus.
- Understanding of design principles (typography, grid systems, user-centered design).
- Experience with prototyping (demonstrating multi-module application prototypes, wireframes).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, WAI-ACT).
