Job Summary: Seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to optimize and enhance the existing website and digital experiences, driving user engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve user flows for maximum lead generation and customer retention.
- Design System Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system for all digital touchpoints.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing, A/B tests, and user research to improve designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver successful designs.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Design user-friendly interfaces using industry-standard tools.
- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for various devices.
- Staying Updated: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of practical UX/UI or product design experience
- Strong attention to detail and user-centric design principles
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals (conversion optimization)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, Miro)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing conversion-focused design projects
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience working with the B2B market
