RoleAs a UI/UX Designer, you will drive the end-to-end design process for our products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with our business goals. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create seamless and delightful user experiences that resonate with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze customer preferences and user behaviors to inform requirement development.
• Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and other methods to gather insights and feedback.
• Translate customer insights into design deliverables, such as concepts, personas, user journeys, system maps, and user flows.
• Lead UX delivery from prototypes to high-fidelity designs based on our design system.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Continuously refine the user experience based on analytics, feedback, and changing business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain and broader tech industry.

What we are looking for

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain projects or organizations. Experience designing for institutional products is a plus.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products.
• Skills: Expertise in UX research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems. Ability to create user-centered designs that balance business and technical requirements.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Independence: Comfort working autonomously, managing ambiguity, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Nice to Have: Personal use of crypto applications and experience in staking.
