Full-Time UI/UX Designer

Description

• Perform design tasks given by Design BA • Follow team design standards • Perform self-check on mockup quality • Provide full interface delivery according to the defined requirements • Communicate with development team on the mockups progress and updates along with Design BA • Perform UX research practices and UI concepting • Define with Design Lead personal growth tasks and plan • Be initiative on the new processes/standards/team activities • Find the ways of the product design improvements and provide alternative solutions • Estimate your design tasks and update Design BA on the progress and updates • Participate in client meetings

Requirements

• Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level • Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam) • Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies • Experience in usability testing and analytics tools • Knowledge of WCAG • Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture • Optional: UI animation experience • Optional: code-based prototype tools experience will be a plus (e.g., Framer, Webflow) • English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)
