Job Details
Top performer required for driving revenue. Position in Fairmont's #1 Regional Sales force for North America.
Represent five iconic resorts: Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Rimrock Resort Hotel (Accor). Remote position based in the US.
Reporting to: Director of Group Sales at Fairmont Chateau Whistler.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed personal sales quotas for all hotels in the Mountain Region.
- Drive guest room ADR, Food & Beverage, and ancillary spend.
- Prospect new business and develop key accounts.
- Conduct routine calls on Midwest US accounts.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to expand market share.
- Participate in training, trade shows, and sales trips.
- Create and implement quarterly action plans.
- Gather market and competitive intelligence for strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least five years' experience as a Hospitality Sales Manager, with Midwest US knowledge.
- Proven seller with a track record of reaching goals and acquiring new business.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 USD per annum
