Full-Time UX Designer

At Doowii, we're passionate about empowering educators to utilize data effectively for student success. We're transforming data analytics for education. As our first UX Designer, you'll be crucial in shaping how educators interact with our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design for user-centered web & mobile experiences
• Collaborate with product managers & engineers to understand user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, & prototypes
• Conduct user research & usability testing
• Support design systems & style guides
• Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, user flows, & prototypes
• Stay current on design trends & best practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking & interaction design
• Expertise with Figma
• Understanding of responsive design & accessibility principles
• Strong communication skills & eagerness to learn
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Bonus Points:

• EdTech, SaaS, or data visualization experience
• Front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) experience
