Your primary role will be to work directly on our product, ensuring it is intuitive, effective, and engaging. Tasks
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement effective UX solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
- Advocate for our users, ensuring that their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Keep up with the latest UX trends and best practices to maintain our product's cutting-edge appeal.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and process.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design decisions and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.
