Full-Time UX Designer

We are one of the fastest growing legal-tech startups in Germany, looking for a UX Designer who's passionate about creating outstanding user experiences. Your primary role will be to work directly on our product, ensuring it is intuitive, effective, and engaging. Tasks

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement effective UX solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
• Advocate for our users, ensuring that their experience is seamless and enjoyable.
• Keep up with the latest UX trends and best practices to maintain our product's cutting-edge appeal.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and process.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey design decisions and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address complex design challenges.
