Job Details
Working with a Digital Design team, this role requires using UX design best practices to deliver a human-centered and engaging user experience. As a UX Designer, you’ll provide a consistent and intuitive user experience of our clients’ products across a variety of sectors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating digital products and convergent experience concepts with a team
- Designing compelling product experiences based on customer needs
- Running workshops with clients
- Conducting usability interviews to gathering feedback
- Creating user flows, storyboards, prototypes and wireframes (e.g. Figma, Miro, etc.)
- Communicating designs and specifications to empower the development team
- Reviewing features implemented by engineering and providing guidance
Expectations:
- 4-5 years of experience as a UX designer
- Ability to make design decisions and solve design problems independently
- Extensive experience in UX design (across desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Strong design, documentation and prototyping skills using tools such as Axure, InVision, Sketch, Xd, Figma or similar
- Experience working in an agile team environment
- Conducting heuristic reviews of existing workflows
