Job Details
BeyondTrust is looking for a UX Manager to take ownership of the company-wide design system. The manager will support several product areas and development teams, working with UX designers and engineers to deliver design guidance, component frameworks, and tools. Responsibilities include:
- Managing design system development and maintenance.
- Managing a small team dedicated to the design system.
- Working within the UX Architecture team.
- Refining design system processes.
- Assisting in roadmap creation and project planning.
- Collaborating with UX, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Acting as a user advocate.
- Collaborating with researchers and designers.
- Working on UI improvements.
- Supporting QA testing efforts.
- 5+ years' experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design
- Experience with people management
- Experience creating and governing design systems
- Experience managing design or development projects
- Strong understanding of UI conventions
- Strong understanding of accessibility best practices
