About the role: The UX Research Lead will drive the future of the product design organization. They will inform experience strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems, and inspire teams to innovate.
Team: The Wrike product design team consists of over 20 product designers, 2 UX researchers, 2 UX writers, 3 architects, 5 managers, and a Head of Product Design. The team is distributed across Europe, with a main hub in Prague.
Impact:
- Provide leadership and mentorship for the UX research team.
- Lead the UX research cross-functional practice, guiding designers, product managers, and writers in impactful customer research.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance UX research and design thinking skills.
- Drive UX research for high-priority initiatives to help grow the business.
- Synthesize team insights on unmet needs and new perspectives.
- Provide feedback on problem and solution reviews.
- Influence and manage change, communicating insights to different audiences.
- Work with leadership to build a customer-centric culture.
