Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to identify research objectives, goals, timelines, and execution plans.
- Define, plan, and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
- Collect and analyze user behavior using various methodologies (ethnographic research, user interviews, usability testing, etc.).
- Influence and partner closely with product design and product management to drive product discovery.
- Advocate research findings through reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in user experience research.
- Experience working within product teams.
- Demonstrable research skills and portfolio.
- Experience defining, planning, and executing research studies.
- Understanding of different research methods.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in complex business environments (enterprise, data-intensive).
