Full-Time UX Researcher

• Help build insights into experimental new product development, competitive analysis, current product improvements, and customer financial health.
• Apply best practices in human-centered design techniques and mixed research methods.

• Support and execute user research studies and consumer research.
• Assist in end-to-end mixed method research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing).
• Contribute to defining research questions and selecting appropriate data collection methods.
• Help synthesize research findings to identify key customer pain points.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to understand their research needs.

• 3–5 years of experience conducting user research.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and analyze research studies.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage the logistics of small-to-medium research projects.
• A natural collaborator with proven experience supporting cross-functional teams.
