Full-Time UX Researcher

• Design evaluation plans, assessment tools, and performance metrics.
• Assess training and products using usability testing, user interviews, and surveys.
• Collect and analyze user/learner data.
• Employ engaging facilitation techniques.
• Develop clear training tools and communication products.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide clear communications to stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience integrating UX or human-centered design research.
• Ability to critically think and examine complex issues.
• Experience assessing training and products.
• Experience collecting and analyzing user/learner data.
• Experience employing engaging facilitation techniques.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

• Experience working in a military environment.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Experience applying trauma-informed research methods.
• Experience with creating communication products.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms.
• Change Management or User Design experience/certifications.
