Lone Wolf Technologies, a global leader in real estate technology, is looking for a UX/UI Designer to conceptualize user-friendly UI solutions for complex design challenges.
As part of our "new generation" product team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences for our web applications targeting real estate brokers, agents, and organizations. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive interfaces for existing tools (advertisement creation, lead generation, website/CMS, etc.).
- Follow established design system and UI component library patterns.
- Create wireframes communicating interaction and user flows.
- Develop high-quality Figma mockups, utilizing our UI component library, ready for review.
- Present UI designs to peers for feedback and refinement.
- Collaborate effectively with the Product team, understanding project goals, scope, and constraints.
- Incorporate user research feedback into design thinking for user-centricity.
- Consider enterprise-level requirements for scalability, ease-of-use, and UI predictability.
Experience:
- 3-6 years of UX/UI design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work and real-world experience, demonstrating UI best practices and industry standards.
- Thorough understanding of design systems and their application to enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with responsive web design.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
- Ability to iterate designs while considering technical constraints and user feedback.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience with a design system or component library.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development process.
- Understanding of front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, React/JavaScript).
- Prior experience in real estate technology platforms.
