Full-Time UX/UI Designer

Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions/Competencies:

• Deliverables and Assets Management: Responsible for creating and managing all UX and UI deliverables and assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Presentation and Feedback: Present UX and UI designs to stakeholders and clients, and professionally handle feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with internal and external execution teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Design Creation: Assist in designing wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that align with project goals and user needs.
• Cross-functional Interface: Collaborate with other key roles on the team, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, UX, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in a creative field such as an agency, marketing, or production company.
• Experience working with web and native applications is a plus.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong background in UX, UI, customer experience (CX), and interaction design.
• A robust portfolio showcasing UX and UI projects, as well as traditional graphic design, typography, and layout skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar, and other Adobe products.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Special Requirements:

• Must possess a current SECRET clearance.
