Full-Time UX/UI Designer

Techie Talent is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain software solutions.
• Ensure products are functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Transform the tech industry through a people-centric approach.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio with web/mobile focus.
• Proficient in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and current trends.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and site maps.
• Ability to conduct user research and testing, translating insights to actionable design improvements.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards.
• Creating and managing design systems.
• Attention to detail, creating visually compelling interfaces.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English level
