Full-Time UX/UI Web Designer

About the Role: The Studio is Fetch’s internal creative engine, responsible for photography, animation, videography, illustration, the marketing website, and branding company-wide. We deliver a compelling and engaging experience. Fetch is looking for an experienced UX/UI Web Designer to join our team. You’ll shape the user experience across Fetch’s marketing site, ensuring both B2C and B2B sections are intuitive, high-performing, and visually stunning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth team to implement SEO best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, Create Den, and Product Design.
• Refine the website, enhance engagement, and ensure seamless integration with Fetch’s broader design ecosystem.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or a related field.
• Portfolio of web experiences.
• Expertise in designing responsive web experiences.
• Strong UI design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working within a design system.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Strapi, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO testing tools.
• Motion design or animation experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Compensation: At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages. The base salary range is $120,000 - $135,000.
