Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic leader for our Finance, Strategy, and Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic and financial planning, tracking performance, and reporting to the company and the board. You will drive our pricing strategy and deal desk review.
- Lead company planning and performance management.
- Lead annual and multi-year financial and strategic planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders on business case development.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets and forecasts.
- Build and oversee the creation of management dashboards and KPIs.
- Support the CFO/COO with board presentations and investor relations analysis.
- Run deal desk pricing review and approval.
- Design and implement pricing strategies.
- Drive the modeling and decision-making process for first-of-kind deals.
- Analyze competitive positioning and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Company Leadership Team to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Build and manage a robust analytics team.
- Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to establish performance metrics.
