Full-Time Vice President, Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing operations, brand management, and digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute the company's brand and marketing strategy.
2. Identify new marketing opportunities and analyze market trends.
3. Develop digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales.
4. Collaborate with services teams for go-to-market strategies.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters.

• Managing the company's brand identity and positioning.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Leading brand awareness and reputation initiatives.
• Overseeing the management of the company's website, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.

• Developing strategies for customer engagement and loyalty.
• Creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Utilizing market research to inform strategies.
• Collaborating with product development for go-to-market strategies.
• Developing product messaging and promotional materials.
• Leading successful product launches and ongoing product marketing.
• Implementing public relations strategies to enhance visibility.
• Managing media relations (press releases, inquiries, crisis communication).
• Communicating the company's mission, vision, and values.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing team.
• Promoting collaboration and effective communication.
• Identifying training and development needs.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders (customers, partners, media).
• Communicating marketing vision, strategy, and performance to the executive team.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to influence revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively interact and forge relationships with employees, customers, and partners.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Experience with specific software partners (Mirakl, Adobe Commerce, etc.)
• Experience with large systems integrators/consultancies a plus.
