The Vice President of Growth at Digible is a visionary, data-driven senior leader responsible for owning and driving revenue growth across both marketing and sales. Reporting to the General Manager of Agency, this role is a part of Digible’s senior leadership team and requires a strategic mindset, an innovative approach to growth, and deep expertise in digital marketing.
The Vice President of Growth will define and execute a growth strategy that attracts the right clients, increases demand, and drives revenue. They will oversee the entire new client acquisition strategy, leading the team responsible for brand engagement and driving leads from generation all the way through proposal close.
What you’ll do:- Own Digible’s growth engine.
- Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy.
- Make marketing a revenue driver.
- Leverage data, automation, and AI.
- Turn events into pipeline accelerators.
- Set the bar for growth KPIs.
- Manage and maximize the growth budget.
- Serve as a key voice on the senior leadership team.
- Work cross-functionally, but stay focused on growth.
- Scale what works, scrap what doesn’t. Test, learn, refine, repeat.
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development, with 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel marketing.
- Fluency in data, automation, and analytics.
- Strong leadership and team-building experience.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
