As the Vice President of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing operations, brand management, and digital initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep understanding of marketing, brand development, and customer engagement.
With a minimum of 10 years leadership experience, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to shape and execute channel sales vision, foster strategic alliances, and influence revenue. Your leadership will accelerate revenue growth, increase market penetration, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company brand and marketing strategy.
- Identify and assess marketing opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with services teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Be the primary point of contact for marketing matters.
- Collaborate with executive team for strategic priorities and goals.
- Oversee brand identity and positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Oversee website, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven ability to influence revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, and partners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with specific software (Mirakl, Adobe Commerce, etc.).
- Experience with large systems integrators/agencies (Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) - a plus.
