Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a Vice President of Product Management with deep experience in healthcare technology to join one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled healthcare services companies. This fully remote, full-time role is ideal for a seasoned leader ready to drive product development, optimize existing products, and deliver innovative tech solutions in the healthcare space. You'll oversee products from concept to launch, ensuring they align with company goals, regulatory standards, and the needs of our users.
What You'll Do
- Lead Product Development: Spearhead new product initiatives, refine existing products, and develop innovative tech solutions that address key healthcare challenges.
- Bridge Tech and Business: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable, technology-driven solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
- Manage Projects: Prioritize tasks, set timelines, and manage resources effectively to ensure on-time, high-quality product deliveries.
- Innovate: Continuously generate fresh ideas, analyze product performance, and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction and product-market fit.
- Collaborate: Work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases that meet or exceed expectations.
Must-Haves
- Healthcare Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management or technology project management, with a strong focus on healthcare.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience with relevant tech stacks, including JavaScript, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot. Familiarity with server-side rendering is a plus.
- EMR/EHR Expertise: Previous work with EMR/EHR software is highly valued.
- Project Management Skills: 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects, translating business problems into tech solutions, and driving business process improvements.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to successful product launches.
- Experience in Scheduling/Routing: Ideally, experience with companies involved in home visits, patient-provider scheduling, or routing.
Preferred Experience
- Startup Experience: Preferably someone who has played a key role in scaling a startup from Series A to Series C, with direct contributions to product-market fit, user adoption, and growth.
- Technical Leadership: Hands-on experience in leading teams through the adoption of new technologies and managing software development life cycles (SDLC).
