Full-Time Vice President of Product Design

TimelyCare is seeking a Vice President of Product Design to lead and evolve our design organization. This leader will define how design shapes AI-driven experiences.

As TimelyCare has transitioned fully to AI-enabled development, this role will be pivotal in defining how design and AI work together to deliver seamless user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute a design strategy that leverages AI technologies.
• Develop systems and processes that integrate user feedback into design decisions.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of designers and researchers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Care teams to ensure design principles inform AI model training.
• Advance TimelyCare’s design systems to support data-informed experiences.
• Champion human-centered AI practices that ensure trust and inclusivity.
• Define and measure success metrics linking design outcomes to user satisfaction.
• Communicate design impact and insights to executive stakeholders.
• Serve as a key voice in leadership discussions.
• Adapt and evolve with the organization’s needs.
• Champion ongoing learning and development in AI tools and behavioral health UX.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of design leadership experience with 5+ years managing design teams.
• Strong experience in AI informed product design.
• Motivation to embrace emerging AI practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• Proven ability to translate voice of customer insights into scalable design strategies.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user research, and analytics.
• Passion for building customer first solutions.
• Exceptional storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare, edtech and/or telehealth is a plus.
