As Vice President of Product Management for the ITSM pillar at Ivanti, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution for Ivanti’s portfolio of IT Service Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for Ivanti’s ITSM product suite, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver market-leading ITSM solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends and guide product positioning.
- Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and advocate for customer-centric innovation.
- Oversee product lifecycle management—from ideation to launch and ongoing improvement.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement for the ITSM product line.
- Ensure products are compliant with relevant standards and regulations, and consistently deliver exceptional service management experiences.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to ITSM or enterprise IT solutions.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably managing product teams in a fast-paced, SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling ITSM products.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience working with AI/ML, automation, and cloud-based service management platforms is highly desirable.
