Full-Time VIP CRM Manager

• Prepare strategic monthly calendars for Casino and Sports customers.
• Use analytics to drive CRM decisions.
• Analyze campaign performance and profitability weekly.
• Analyze player behaviors for targeted segmentations and personalized offers.
• Plan, execute, and optimize daily campaigns for player upselling, retention, and reactivation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
• Manage multi-channel communications via Email, SMS, push notifications, In-app messages, events & promotions.
• Identify key Sports and Casino events for targeted promotions.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication around special events.
• Track and report on key CRM metrics.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize CRM performance.
• Use insights to drive continuous improvement.

• 2+ years in a CRM/Retention/Marketing role.
• Experience with the iGaming industry (plus).
• Experience managing VIP segments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of player behavior (strong advantage).
• Upper-intermediate English.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable under pressure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
