What you'll do
- Lead technical product strategy for Digital Technology sales transformation products, focusing on scaling revenue to $30B+
- Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to establish product strategy and roadmaps
- Partner with Solution Architecture and Engineering to define secure, resilient, and scalable technology solutions
- Focus on enhancing sales productivity and deal velocity
- Provide insights and updates to the executive team on program prioritization and resource allocation
- Lead, support, and grow a team of Product Managers and leaders
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus
- Assume leadership and ownership of outcomes across organizational boundaries
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
- Communicate complex problems and solutions effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in large-scale enterprise organizations, including people and technical program management
- Proven track record of building, delivering, evolving, and transforming GTM/Sales products
- Strong technical product delivery background in GTM/Sales products (CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS)
- Experience with Human Centered Design and Agile methodologies
- Strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and cross-functional product partnership experience
- Ability to create and foster positive, trusting team environments
- Product Management experience (or corporate development in SaaS companies)
- Deep knowledge of Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Partner, and Customer lifecycle
- Fanatical focus on user experience design, customer success, and driving long-term customer value
- Highly data-driven, focused on customer engagement and value realization
- Excellent verbal and written communication, webinar hosting, and chairing skills
- Experience managing highly engaged, successful teams
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred)
