Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic leader for our Finance, Strategy, and Analytics team. In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic and financial planning.
- Track performance and report to the company and the board.
- Drive pricing strategy and deal desk review.
- Support strategic finance requirements for deals and partnerships.
- Lead the development of company-wide KPI and performance analytics.
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead a growing FP&A team reporting to the CFO/COO.
- Lead Company planning and performance management
- Lead annual and multi-year financial and strategic planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders on business case development.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
- Build and oversee management dashboards and KPIs.
- Lead Strategic Finance: Pricing, Strategy, and Deal Review
- Run deal desk pricing review and approval.
- Design and implement pricing strategies.
- Drive modeling for deals, partnerships, and initiatives.
- Analyze competitive positioning and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Develop and Enhance Analytics Capabilities
- Build and manage a robust analytics team.
- Partner with teams to establish performance metrics and reporting systems.
