Full-Time VP of Field Marketing, Professional Solutions

The VP of Field Marketing develops and oversees channel and product marketing strategies, executes sales campaigns, field events and programs that drive demand generation, pipeline growth and customer engagement. This role involves leading the field marketing team, collaborating with sales and product teams, managing budgets and analyzing data.

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Work with industry partners to design collaborative marketing campaigns.

• Lead and coach field and channel marketing team members.
• Partner with sales leadership to report success across channels.

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of technical sales and B-to-B marketing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data.
• Ability to develop short-and long-term strategies.
• Knowledge of channel sales principles and the competitive landscape.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with sales teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work a variable schedule with travel.
• Experience with ERP and CRM software
