Job Details
GlitchD Labs is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and drive user adoption for GlitchD and its products like Blyz.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create blog posts, articles, social media posts, and videos.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Agency/Advisor Collaboration: Work with external marketing agencies and advisors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- 2-3+ years experience working in web3 space, or any experience related to Base ecosystem.
- Strong ownership and ability to operate independently.
- Strong connections within the Base and wider crypto communities.
- Proven experience in public relations and community engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Asana, Notion, Figma.
- Able to work well with a global team.
- Able to act independently and proactively.
