Slice is seeking a Website Manager with deep expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). This role drives organic traffic, improves user engagement, and maximizes conversions across digital properties.
Website Management: Oversees daily website management, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand alignment. Partners with the development team for updates, optimization, and reliability.
SEO Strategy & Execution: Owns and executes Slice's SEO strategy, leveraging keyword research, content optimization, and competitive analysis. Improves technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, mobile usability, and site speed. Monitors and reports SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
CRO Optimization: Identifies and implements strategies to improve conversion rates through data-driven insights. Leads A/B testing initiatives to optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and user flows. Utilizes tools like Hotjar and Optimizely.
Content Optimization: Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure web content is SEO-friendly and conversion-focused. Maintains a content calendar to support campaigns and promotions.
Data-Driven Insights: Regularly analyzes website KPIs (traffic, bounce rate, conversions, engagement) and provides actionable insights to stakeholders.
Team: Collaborates daily with creative, data analytics, and product teams within the marketing team.
Experience: 3-5+ years in website management, focused on SEO and CRO. Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving online conversion rates.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools. Experience with A/B testing platforms. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, project management, and communication skills. Self-starter and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
