Requirements:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques.
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define recruitment strategies.
• Keep detailed records in the recruitment management system.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
