Contractor Accommodations/ADA Specialist Consultant

• Provide end-to-end case management on the accommodation process.
• Manage the absence and accommodation program.
• Maintain regular contact with employees, leaders, HR business partners, Legal/ER, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
• Leverage key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, annual reporting, and system configurations.
• Effectively manage complex projects and deadlines.
• Provide consultation and coaching on workplace accommodations.
• Document communications and necessary regulatory forms.
• Drive change through effective program management.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of comprehensive Accommodations and ADA (Corporate America)
• Understanding of ADA and Nero Diversity
• Deep knowledge of federal and state disability and accommodation laws
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with autonomy through ambiguous circumstances.
• Strong business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
• Successful record of building operational processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Previous experience with HRIS/Payroll systems; Workday experience preferred
• Understanding of the need for confidentiality.
